Flynn is In

It's Offical
Matt Flynn will be the starting QB in the Peach Bowl. Welker (the pratice squad guy we picked up from ND) will be first backup. There is no chance of Jamarcus starting, they didnt even bring him. He'll be spending the week in rehab for his soldier.

LSU feeling a little Peachy

vs.

After completely embarrassing themselves on National Television, the Tigers look to rebound against the Miami Hurricanes in the Peach Bowl. The game will be played on December 30 with a 6:30 CST kick-off time.

Miami is a mirror image of LSU. The Hurricanes have been inconsistent on offense, but have a stingy defense; as well as LSU. The Hurricanes are led by QB Kyle Wright who passed for 2,303 yards with 18 TD and 10 INT. The Hurricanes have created many big plays this season, many of them by junior wide receiver Devin Hester. Hester will test LSU's speed on special teams. Hester has been anything but boring while returning kicks this season.

Look for this match-up to be the best of the non-BCS bowl games.

Here's the list of the BCS bowl match-ups:
Rose- USC vs. Texas
Fiesta- Ohio State vs. Notre Dame
Sugar- Georgia vs. West Virginia
Orange- Penn State vs. Florida State

SEC Teams in Bowl Games:
Capital One- Auburn vs. Wisconsin
Cotton- Alabama vs. Texas Tech
Outback- Florida vs. Iowa
Peach- LSU vs. Miami
Independence- South Carolina vs. Missouri
