Step 1 - Download a Podcast Reciver Client
To get the show, you'll need a software program that will download the show for you. We recommend iPodder, a free, open-source, program that is widely considered to be the best.

Step 2 - Get the Feed
Click on the feed address by clicking on the link. Then copy the URL in the address bar into your podcasting client. If you are using iPodder, then you just have to click the "One-Click Subscription" button, and open the ensuing file with iPodder.

Step 3 - Configure your Client
Set your podcast reciver client to automatically check for an updated feed.
